Financial Transaction Terms
Deposit Terms

- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- The deposit account must be registered in your own name — deposits from another person's account are not allowed.

Withdrawal Terms

Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit at www5, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to receive the bonus:
- Bonus amount: 200% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
- Example: depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
- Wagering requirement: 15x (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
General Bonus Usage Policy
Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following rules generally apply:
- Wagering requirements must be met within a set time limit, otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.
- A bonus can only be claimed once and cannot be combined with any other offer (unless specifically stated).
- It is not possible to withdraw directly from bonus funds — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been met.
- www5 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
VIP Program Terms
VIP Tiers & Benefits
www5 has three VIP tiers determined by user activity. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement from one tier to a higher tier depends on the user's regular participation and activity on the platform.
- VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
- www5 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
- VIP benefits will be cancelled if the account becomes inactive or is closed.
Betting & Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all users when placing sports bets or playing casino games on www5:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- www5 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds or amounts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with www5's established rules.
- If evidence of match-fixing is found for a specific event or game result, the associated bet will be voided.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on www5, and if detected, the account will be closed:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse, match-fixing, or any fraudulent activity.

- Using software bots, automated systems, or attempting to gain any technical advantage.

If there is a valid withdrawable balance before the account is closed and no forfeiture has occurred due to a breach of terms, www5 will make an effort to return that amount.
